Before Your Appointment
How long does a grooming appointment take?
Appointment length depends on your pet’s coat, size, and the services you’ve added. We schedule one pet at a time, so you’ll never wait behind another dog mid-groom.
Do you require vaccinations?
Dogs need current rabies, DHPP (distemper/parvo), and Bordetella; canine influenza is recommended but not required. Cats need current rabies and FVRCP. Send records with your booking and we’ll keep them on file.
What if my pet has never been groomed or gets anxious?
Tell us when you book. We start with a meet-and-greet, work in breaks, and rebook the appointment if it’s not the right day for your pet. No sedation.
Services & Booking
Do you groom cats?
Yes. Bath & brush, nail trim, light trimming, and lion cuts are all available. Cat appointments are scheduled separately so the lobby is calm when they arrive.
Can I add grooming to a boarding stay?
Yes. Add it when you book the boarding stay or call to slot it in mid-stay. Your pet goes home clean, and you only have one pickup.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee equal to the appointment deposit.
