Yes. Meadow Ridge takes holiday bookings throughout the year. Holiday weeks fill fast — we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead to lock in your dates.
Before the Stay
At Meadow Ridge in Rapid City, dogs need current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella (within the last 6 months). Cats need current Rabies and FVRCP. Vaccine records must be on file 24 hours before drop-off. Call us if you have questions about your pet’s records.
Bring: Your pet’s regular food (pre-portioned helps), any medications with written instructions, their own bed or blanket, familiar toys, and current vaccine records. We don’t charge extra if you bring your own food.
Don’t bring: Rawhides or anything irreplaceable.
Meadow Ridge in Rapid City is open for drop-off and pick-up Monday through Sunday, 7am to 7pm. After-hours pickup is available by prior arrangement — call ahead and we’ll make it work.

Meadow Ridge has a clear emergency protocol. If your pet needs immediate care, we contact you right away and transport them to a local 24-hour emergency veterinary clinic. Your pet stays under our staff’s supervision until you can arrive, and their records and your contact info are accessible 24/7.
